2. Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Shipping Time calculated from the date that item is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
When we receive an order from you, you have 4 hours to cancel the order or change order information (Size, color, address), after 4 hours we go through the following steps to ensure the product reaches you:
Production, shipping the package to the carrier, and final delivery.
Therefore, please understand our process and be patient while waiting for your order.
Production Time:
Please note: The processing time mentioned does not include holidays and weekends.
Typically, it takes 1-2 days to produce a T-shirt with a single print position. However, for items like Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Long Sleeves, or those with multiple print positions, we require an additional 1-2 days to complete production.
For multiple items, more time will be needed.
For All Over Print (AOP) shirts, production takes approximately 5-7 days per shirt.

- Shipping time is calculated in business days and does not include holidays or weekends.
- The shipping time listed above is an average estimate under favorable weather conditions and for urban delivery addresses. If you live in remote, rural, or isolated areas, delivery may take an additional 2-4 days.
- Shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
- During peak seasons, shipping carriers may require extra time for deliveries, so delivery times might be longer than usual.
- For international orders, the estimated timeframe above is only an approximation. Factors like weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, and shipping service quality in each country can cause delays. Some countries may require additional time for delivery. Therefore, we only commit to delivery within 30 days from the shipping date – for all destinations.
Special: For Express Shipping orders, we will begin production immediately to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Therefore, cancellations or order modifications will not be possible once the order is placed.

3. Delivery Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so you can track it.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the package may be canceled or sent to an unclaimed warehouse, where we are unable to intervene to reship the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.
5. Multiple Addresses
We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
